Business Plan Update

Date: Wednesday 9th December 2009
Time: 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Venue: Victoria Building Board Room
Trainer: David Skipsey, Change Mentors

Updating your business plan is a vital part of keeping your business on track for growth, & ensuring that your company keeps its focus. The business plan defines where you think your company is going & the routes that it will take to achieve success - keeping it under revision means that you can focus on these important elements.

Most of your time running a business is spent on the small stuff - the endless day to day detail that any manager of a small company is inevitably a party to, this workshop will help you look again at the high level picture that defines your business & identify any areas that may need some rework.

Key elements we will look at:

  • reviewing your achievements
  • updating your SWOT analysis
  • updating the financial information
  • updating action plans
